At BlueLight Media Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and products including website development, domain registration, hosting, digital marketing, and creative solutions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are accepted. By availing our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. General Policy

  • All services and digital products once purchased are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified under this policy.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

2. Website Development & Designing

  • Advance/booking amounts for website development projects are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations can be requested within 7 days of project initiation. Any work completed till that point will be billed, and balance, if any, may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Once the project is delivered and approved, no refund or cancellation is permitted.

3. Domain Registration & Hosting

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and hosting charges are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are purchased through third-party providers.

  • Customers are advised to verify all details before placing an order.

4. Digital Marketing, SEO & Advertising Services

  • Fees paid for digital marketing, SEO, and advertisement campaigns are non-refundable, as they involve third-party costs and time-bound execution.

  • Campaign cancellations can only be requested before initiation. No refunds are processed once the campaign is live.

5. Software, CRM & Digital Tools

  • Subscription-based products (e.g., WhatsCRM) are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of subscriptions will stop the next billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for the current cycle.

6. Training, Consulting & Creative Services

  • Payments made for consulting, training sessions, or creative content services are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice of 48 hours.

  • Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sirsa, Haryana (India) courts only.
